NJ Attorney General, Division of Consumer Affairs to Announce Civil Charges Against Alleged Perpetrators of $8.5 Million Ponzi Scheme

Division of Criminal Justice Announces Criminal Charges Against Philadelphia Lawyer in Theft Case

TRENTON: NJ Attorney General Paula T. Dow today (Monday, November 7, 2011) will join Thomas R. Calcagni, Director of the State Division of Consumer Affairs, and Stephen J. Taylor, Director of the Division of Criminal Justice, to announce the filing of civil charges against the alleged perpetrators of an $8.5 million Ponzi scheme and criminal charges against one of those defendants in an unrelated $1.1 million theft case.
