  The New Jersey State Law Against Discrimination states that organizations and agents which provide the public with employment, housing and public accommodations are obligated to display New Jersey's Anti-Discrimination Posters. Failure to display the required posters is punishable by law.  
  Posters must be displayed in locations easily visible to all employees and applicants for employment, all prospective tenants and purchasers, all persons seeking or using the accommodations.  
  Please read through the table below to see which posters you need to display.  
  Note: You may fall under more than one category.  
  Posters dated 1/07 or later contain the most recent changes to the law, and meet posting requirements  
  To receive our posters, you may download the posters below and print them on letter size paper.

  Places that provide services of any kind to the public, such as: Restaurants, hotels, hospitals, doctor's offices, stores, bars, auditoriums, libraries, shopping centers, amusement parks, public schools, college, universities, libraries, gymnasiums, movie theatres and camps
