Raymond
Bumpass has an extensive criminal record and a number of
his crimes were committed in Atlantic City casino/hotels.
On May 30, 1997, Raymond Bumpass pled guilty to one count
of Theft From a Person - 2C:20-3, two counts of Burglary
2C:18-2 within an Atlantic City casino/hotel, and one count
of Possession of Heroin - 2C:35-10a(1). On October 10, 1997,
Raymond Bumpass was sentenced to five (5) years in New Jersey
State Prison. In addition, Raymond Bumpass has four (4)
indictments pending charging him with (a) Burglary - 2C:18-2
at an Atlantic City casino/hotel, (b) Burglary - 2C:18-2
and Theft of Property - 2C:20-3 at an Atlantic City casino/hotel,
(c) Burglary - 2C:18-2, and (d) Credit Card Theft - 2C:21-6(c). |
