Amendments to
Casino Control Act
N.J.S.A. 5:12-1, et seq.

On February 1, 2011, Governor Chris Christie signed into law a bill that modifies many provisions in the Casino Control Act, N.J.S.A. 5:12-1, et seq. As a result of these modifications, the Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) will be assuming numerous functions that had been overseen by the Casino Control Commission (CCC) and other functions/requirements will no longer exist.
