The New Jersey Governor's Council on Mental Health Stigma is pleased to announce that we are now accepting submissions for our 2013 Ambassador Awards. The Ambassador Award embodies the Council's philosophy of Respect. Understanding. Change. The Council seeks to award those who champion our mission to raise mental health awareness and combat stigma, educate the public about mental illness, and engage our communities in the process of embracing mental health. The 2013 awards will honor organizations who are exemplary in their hiring practices and maintaining a work environment that supports and accommodates employee mental health and wellness.
All nominators will be invited to attend the Awards Ceremony to be held on May 16, 2013, and will receive acknowledgement, should their nominee win the award.
