• Eligibility: Veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States 
• Criteria: Every person who has been honorably discharged from active military service of the United States and who is a resident in the State. 
• Application: Copy of WD Form 93 or DD For 214 ( Separation from Active Duty) is presented to the County Clerk in which the veteran resides.
• The County Clerk forwards original copy to this office for verification.
