HRD Mission Statement
The mission of the Human Resources Division is to provide quality personnel management, technical expertise, and customer-focused service in support of the Department's mission. The Human Resources Division functions as a support division for all central personnel transactions and provides human resources analysis, guidance, and information in support of all department state programs and activities.
From the Director of the Human Resources Division:
In an effort to assist NJ Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMAVA) employees, the Human Resources Division staff is assembling this website. It is our belief that the more information we share, the easier it will be for you to have your personnel questions answered. We are interested in any feedback, good or bad, as well as the types of information you would like to see in future website versions.
