This is notice that a Special Meeting of the Board Members of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 1, 2011. The meeting will be convened by the MVC Chair at 2:00 p.m. in the Conference Room on the 8th Floor, East Wing, Motor Vehicle Commission Headquarters, 225 East State Street, Trenton, New Jersey.

Attached is a copy of the proposed agenda. Formal action will be taken. This notice is being provided in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1975, c. 231.
