On behalf of the Board, this is notice that the October 2009 regularly scheduled meeting of the Board Members of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2009. The meeting will convene at 10 a.m. on the 9th Floor, West Wing of the Commission Headquarters located at 225 East State Street, Trenton, New Jersey. The meeting will be held by teleconference.

Enclosed is a copy of the proposed agenda. Formal action will be taken.
