On behalf of the Board, this is notice that the December 2009 regularly scheduled meeting of the Board Members of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission has been rescheduled from December 8 to Tuesday, December 15, 2009. The meeting will convene at 2:00 p.m. on the 9th Floor, West Wing of the Commission Headquarters located at 225 East State Street, Trenton, New Jersey. The meeting will be held by teleconference.

Enclosed is a copy of the proposed agenda. Formal action will be taken.
