Make sure your employer has completed a Limousine Driver or Rental Car Chauffeur Employer Certification Application [pdf] for you and mailed it to MVC.
Review the Limousine Driver letter.
Complete the Fingerprint Application [pdf] and bring it to your scheduled appointment along with proper identification.
Schedule your appointment online or call toll-free (877) 503-5981 to make an appointment by phone. You must pay at time of scheduling with a credit card, debit card or money order.
The fee for fingerprinting is collected at the time of service. Contact the vendor for the exact cost at 1-877-503-5981. IdentoGo locations accept most major credit cards or electronic debit cards, money orders and checks on site. No cash will be accepted.
Payment must be made with a credit card, debit card or money order at time of scheduling.
