The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to amend its school bus regulations The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to amend its school bus regulations, found in N.J.A.C. 13:20. The amendments pertain to school bus standards and equipment. The proposed amendments are published in the April 16, 2012 issue of the New Jersey Register. Copies of the rulemaking proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.mvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162; or requested by telephone at (609) 777-1407. The public has until June 15, 2012 to submit comments with regard to this regulatory proposal.
