Proposed Rules - Executive and Administrative Service

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt with amendments N.J.A.C. 13:18, entitled Executive and Administrative Service.  The proposal includes amendments and proposed repeals to the regulations.

The proposed amendments and proposed repeals are published in the October 2, 2017 issue of the New Jersey Register.  Copies of the proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.njmvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162; or requested by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
