Proposed Rule Readoption – Executive and Administrative Service The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt, with amendments, its Executive and Administrative regulations, N.J.A.C. 13:18. These regulations pertain to Permits for Overdimensional or Overweight Vehicles, the International Registration Plan, the International Fuel Tax Agreement, Insurance Verification, Security Deposits for Uninsured Motorists, and the Motor Vehicle Commission Organizational Structure. The Motor Vehicle Commission’s regulatory proposal was published in the October 4, 2010, issue of the New Jersey Register. Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.state.nj.us/mvc, by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, PO Box 162, Trenton, New Jersey 08666-0162; or by telephone at 609-777-1407. The public has until December 3, 2010, to submit comments with regard to the Executive and Administrative Service regulatory proposal. Comments should be directed to: Steven E.
