Proposed Readoption with Amendments - Driving Schools The following rule was presented to the MVC Board meeting of October 13, 2009. The proposed re-adoption with amendments was approved by the Board as well as the Governor's office through the veto date of October 27, 2009. The proposal was subsequently forwarded to the Office of Administrative Law for publication in the New Jersey Register on December 7, 2009.
