The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt regulations governing the operation of approved autobus and trolley routes so as to ensure safe, reliable and appropriate service.

The Motor Vehicle Commission’s regulatory proposal was published in the October 17, 2005, issue of the New Jersey Register. Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9 th Floor – East Wing, P.O. The public has until December 17, 2005 to submit comments with regard to the Motor Vehicle Commission’s regulatory proposal. Comments should be directed to Steven E.
