The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt with amendments rules concerning enforcement service. The rules implement the public policy of this State as set forth in the Motor Vehicles and Traffic Law pertaining to various subjects including motor vehicle safety equipment, vehicle inspection standards and test procedures, handicapped parking privileges, driver reexamination, driver improvement schools, motorcycles, enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program, diesel emission inspection and maintenance program, and equipment standards and inspection requirements for school buses.

The proposed readoption with amendments was published in the January 17, 2006, issue of the New Jersey Register.
