Important Appeal Notice

NOTICE: Appeal Hearings for proposals that are disqualified due to technical non-compliance with the Request For Proposal will be conducted between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM on Monday, May 3, 2004. If a proposal has been disqualified for technical non-compliance the Registrant will be contacted by telephone on Friday, April 30 or Saturday, May 1, 2004. Details regarding the precise way to appeal will be provided at that time. No amendments to proposals will be accepted. All registrants must read and comply with the submission requirements especially those stated on page 14 of the RFP as clarified in the Q&A section of this web site. Please make sure that your competition record is current with a valid phone number where you can be reached between Friday, April 30 and Monday, May 3, 2004.
