Winner of the September 11th Memorial Competition

On June 30, 2004, Governor James E. McGreevey announced the selection of the winning design for the New Jersey 9-11-01 Memorial Design Competition. Frederic Schwartz' "Empty Sky" was selected by a unanimous vote of the Families and Survivors Memorial Committee. Thanks to everyone who participated in this amazing competition.
