On Tuesday, October 9, 2012, the Red Tape Review Commission will hold a public meeting at The County College of Morris, at the Student Center, Davidson Room B, from 4:00 until 7:00 pm. Members of the public are invited to provide commentary that concerns overly burdensome regulations or processes in their interactions with State government.
Witnesses are encouraged to register before the meeting by emailing the Commission at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephoning (609) 984-6677 to reserve a place in the speakers’ lineup. Also, witnesses should submit a written copy of their comments, preferably beforehand. This can also be done via the red tape email address. Witnesses submitting comments on the day of the meeting should provide 10 copies to the Commission staff so that each Commissioner will have a copy to reference during the speaker’s presentation. If applicable, the Commission requests that witnesses provide the citations to the specific provision(s) of the New Jersey Administrative Code that they propose to discuss. To accommodate all attendees, commentary is limited to 3 minutes per speaker.
The Commission thanks the County College of Morris for hosting this event. The College is located at 214 Center Grove Road, Randolph, and the telephone number is (973) 328-5000.
