Adoption

We are Successful in completing adoptions for hundreds of children each year who cannot be reunified with their birth families. Some of these children are adopted by their resource (foster) families or relatives but their are still children who are waiting for their permanent adoptive families. Children adopted through CP&P range in age from infancy to 21 and have a range of talents and special needs. We encourage you to contact us to learn about our adotion process and about children in need of permanent families. You can visit our longest waiting children at our photo listing website. To learn more click HERE.

People who adopt children with special needs are eligible to receive an adoption subsidy, including a monthly maintenance payment, medical coverage and assistance with legal fees for the adoption finalization.

CP&P will not preclude a person from being an adoptive parent based solely on their culture, religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, affectional orientation, or marital/civil union or domestic partnership status.
