May 16, 2011 - 2011 Consumer Bowl Champs!

Five students on the Freehold Township High School team went home with the trophy for the New Jersey Division of Community Affairs High School Consumer Bowl 2011, which was held at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex in Trenton on May 9. Competing against the other two finalists, Moorestown Friends School and defending champion Irvington High School, Freehold had the edge with its expertise about state regulation car dealers and advertising. The contest, running for 15 years, tests high school students’ knowledge of consumer regulations. To find out more, visit http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/bowl/.
