Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission
AUGUST 11, 2004

A meeting of the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission was held on August 11, 2004 at 10:30 A.M., at the Office of the Division of Consumer Affairs, located at 124 Halsey Street, 7th Floor, Monmouth Room, Newark, New Jersey. Present for the meeting were Commissioners Timothy E. Ryan, Edward F. Barrett and Christine M. Vanek, Esq., Special Executive Assistant to the Director Robert Campanelli (S.E.A.D.), Executive Officer William J. Yorke (EO), Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Jodi Krugman, Regulatory Analyst (RA) Gene Brenycz, Investigators Annette Misukonis, J. Michael Walker and staff support Donna Kelly.

The meeting was opened at 10:50 a.m. by Acting Chairperson Ryan pursuant to provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq.


1. Minutes of the Public Session meetings of June 23, 2004 and July 14, 2004 - The Commission approved the Public Session minutes of the June 23, 2004 and July 14, 2004 meetings.

3. Statistics report and comparison figures from LGCCC to DCA for the month of June 2004 - The Commission accepted the statistics report and comparison figures.
