Logon with your my New Jersey Portal user id and use a ? in place of your password. Select the "If you forgot your password click here" link and answer the challenge question. Your password will be sent to your registered email address.

If you have answered your challenge question correctly and haven't received your password via email, then the email address you registered with differs from the email address you are now using. I get the error "Browser Rejects Printing". |
| A: |
- Start the browser.
- Select Tools off the top menu bar.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab.
- Select the Internet zone.
- Select the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down to Microsoft VM \Java permissions section
- Select Custom settings.
- Select the Java Custom Settings Button at the bottom of the dialog box.
- Select the Edit Permissions Tab.
- Enable the Printing and Protected Scratch Space options under both Unsigned and Signed.
- Click the OK button.
- Click the YES button when asked if "are you sure you want to change the settings".
- You then need to repeat steps 6 through 13 for the Intranet zone on the security tab.
- Close the browser and then retry the print process.
