New Jersey Maritime Pilot and Docking Pilot Commission proposes
amendments and new rules to existing regulations
(Trenton) The New Jersey Maritime Pilot and Docking Pilot Commission is
proposing amendments and new rules for N.J.A.C. 16:64, the rules
governing the licensure and regulation of Maritime Pilots and
Docking Pilots in the State of New Jersey.
proposed new rules would add a subchapter to establish the Commission's
oversight authority, including enforcement and adjudication.
The new rules would also set standards for the qualification,
licensing, duties and training requirements for docking pilot
