The Harbor
Watch Program (pdf 71k) is “An Eyes On the Water” awareness campaign that provides information regarding commercial
and recreational activity in the Harbor, and outlines what to look
for, and, where and how to report suspicious activity in within the
Harbor community.
Additionally, the United States Coast
Guard (USCG) has an informative presentation, "Keeping
Our Waterways Safe and Secure" (pdf 1.5m), that also
outlines how to keep America’s Waterways Safe and Secure.
