Regulations
New Jersey state regulations,
called "rules," implement the statutes
that are the legal basis for operating
state programs and services. The rules of the New Jersey
Department of Transportation (NJDOT)
are established within the New
Jersey Administrative Code (N.J.A.C.)
Title 16, Transportation. Rules expire every
five years and must be re-adopted
or allowed to lapse.

Jersey Administrative Code can

Should a discrepancy be found
between the courtesy version and
the official version, the latter
shall govern.
