For Current Technical Proposals
Email question(s) to PSPD@dot.state.nj.us, attention Manager of Professional Services,
Procurement.
Specify "TP #891 question" in subject line. Email is now the preferred method of answering consultant's questions. It will
expedite processing the request and posting the response. If your firm does not have access to email, you may fax your questions to
609-530-2212.
Questions will be accepted up to question cut-off date noted in the technical proposal.
Technical Proposal

Question: How many copies of the Technical Proposal should be submitted? The Solicitation states “?” copies.
Answer: 5 (five) copies of the proposals will be required.
Question: How many pages should there be for the Key Issues? In Part 5 of the Evaluation Criteria it states 5 pages and in the instructions it states 3 pages for a Term Agreement.
Answer: Sections 12 and 13 combined shall be 5 (five) pages max.
Question: Does the NJDOT want “Pay to Play” certification? It is our understanding that the agreement is Federally Funded.
Answer: This project is 100% Federally funded so no pay to play documents are required.
