Question 1: According to the Evaluation forms, a Critical Path Model is to be included (Max. Score=10). Is this an error since this is a term agreement and there is no one project identified?
Answer 1: There is no need for a Critical Path Model for this solicitation. Section 11 will not be scored.
Section 11 is worth 0 points and Section 12 is worth 140.
Question 2: Under the Experience criteria for the H&H Task Leader is “Experience with DEP and USAGE Application Process.” Is USAGE Application Process the correct name/term? I don’t recall seeing this in the past under experience criteria
Answer 2: USAGE is NOT the correct term. The correct term is United States Army Core of Engineers (USACE)
Question 3: Please confirm the need for Hydrology & Hydraulics Experience for the Project Manager (Section 6) for this solicitation.
Answer 3: Yes.
Question 4: Please confirm the need for Retaining Wall Design Experience for the Bridge Design Team Leader (Section 9) for this solicitation.
Answer 4: Yes.
