Answer: There is no prohibition against counting international experience as either
mandatory or toward extra credit. The project(s) would be evaluated in the same
manner as highway construction experience within the US.

clarify Section 9 Qualifications (p. 4 of the Criteria Forms) – Does RE
Qualifications count towards maximum # of inspectors required?
Answer: The RE certifications will count toward the certifications being requested.
Question: Will the services of Consultant RE be required Full-time or
Part-time?
Answer: Full-time.
Question: Can the proposed RE be proposed as Project Manager too? Without losing
any points?
Answer: Yes.
