Question 4: TCCP Refresher is May 16 – could a copy of the registration
for the May 16 refresher course suffice, in lieu of the course completed
certificate, since the TP due date is April 23, prior to the Refresher
Answer 4: No. Registering for a course does not guarantee attendance.
Question 3: Is it acceptable for a firm to submit a proposal as a prime
consultant and also be a subconsultant on another firm’s proposal?
Answer 3: Yes. However, if the same resume is submitted for multiple selections, once the
submission with that resume is selected, that resume would not be considered for
Question 2: If a person was used on a previous Term Agreement Technical
Proposal and the firm won the job and the executed contract is still ongoing but
that person never got assigned to a Task Order, can that person be used on TP
Question 1: Is it required to name an individual from an SBE firm on the technical
proposal evaluation criteria sheet and include a resume or is it sufficient to
list the SBE firm as part of the team?
Answer 1: Given that this is a Term Agreement with a three year duration, the presumption
is that there will be multiple tasks assigned to the Consultant. Tasks assigned
in the future may be utilized to achieve the SBE goal. Therefore, a resume for
an SBE employee does not need to be included. Citing the name(s) of the firm(s)
to be utilized is sufficient for this proposal.
