The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) will occasionally create and distribute videos to help the public understand the project or specific aspects of the project as it advances. Videos will be available on the NJDOT project web site and will be posted to the NJDOT YouTube channel.

This new video provides information on a new traffic pattern beginning April 4, 2016. NJDOT will shift southbound traffic onto two sections of the newly completed northbound lanes of the Pulaski Skyway. The first shift will take place before the Broadway Ramp and continue to just before the bridge span over the Hackensack River where traffic will be shifted back to the southbound lanes.

The second shift will move traffic from the southbound lanes back to the newly constructed northbound lanes just past the Passaic River span through the end of the Pulaski Skyway where traffic will merge back onto Route 1&9 southbound. As a result of the second crossover, the Raymond Boulevard exit will be closed for the duration of the project. A detour via Wilson Avenue and Doremus Avenue northbound will be in place.

NJDOT will be implementing closures on the Pulaski Skyway over eight weekends this spring beginning Friday, March 27, 2015. This video provides options for alternate routes to help motorists navigate the closures.

This video provides an overview of the project, with an emphasis on helping motorists learn about travel options once the Pulaski Skyway northbound lanes are closed.

This video provided motorists with information about temporary traffic pattern changes near Tonnele Circle in August 2013, when the Department replaced a Pulaski Skyway floorbeam over the traffic circle.
