Unit Tasks

Value Engineering is involved in Scope Development, Scope Team Meetings and independent VE review of developed alternatives and Life Cycle Cost Analysis.

Road User Solutions is involved with Road User Costs, Lane Occupancy Charges, and Incentive/ Disincentive values that are included in the Special Provisions.

Value Solutions is the review unit of the Department's PD and FD submissions with emphasis on Roadway, Bridge, Safety, and Traffic Operations with input from the Department's SMEs as required.
