Governor Corzine announces new transportation initiatives
NJDOT Commissioner Kris Kolluri joined with Governor Jon Corzine at a press conference in the State House on Thursday April 27 to highlight the many alternative modes of transportation available to New Jersey commuters in response to the rising gas prices in the state. NJDOT plans to expand its ridesharing and carpool benefits to relieve the financial burden on motorists. Attorney General Zalima Farber was also present at the event.

Kris Kolluri is sworn in as Acting Commissioner
Judge Philip Carchman swears in Kris Kolluri as the Acting Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation on Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Kolluri previously served as Chief of Staff at the Department from 2002 to 2004. With them is outgoing Commissioner Jack Lettiere.
