Interstate Highways
(a) The certain parts of all Interstate Highways described in this subsection prohibit certain classes of traffic as described below:
1. Statewide:
(1) No pedestrians, animals led, ridden or driven, bicycles, non-motorized vehicles, tractors, rollers, and agricultural or construction machinery, self-propelled or towed for both directions of traffic, except NJDOT equipment, equipment of contractors engaged by the NJDOT for construction or repairs, or equipment of a public utility company as defined in NJSA 48:2-13:
(A) For the entire length of all Interstate Highways within the state of New Jersey.
