Route NJ 29 Freeway
It has been found and determined after a public hearing held on January 3, 1958, at 1035 Parkway Avenue, Trenton 25, New Jersey that the health, safety and welfare of the public requires that the use of those parts of Route NJ 29 Freeway, in the City of Trenton, Mercer County, which have been and may hereafter be constructed or used as a freeway, be limited to certain classes of traffic.
Therefore, in accordance with the provision of section 52, chapter 23, L. 1951 (c.39:4-94.1), the use of said freeway by the following classes of traffic is prohibited:
Pedestrians, except on walks, park areas and crossings specifically designated by the Commissioner for that purpose.
Animals, led, ridden or driven except dogs on leash where pedestrians are permitted.
Non-motorized vehicles.
Tractors, rollers and agricultural or construction machinery self-propelled or towed, except by written permission from the Highway Commissioner. |
