Route NJ 42
(a) The use of the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 42 described in this subsection is hereby restricted to certain classes of traffic as described:
1. In Gloucester County and Camden County:
i. In the Township of Washington, the Township of Gloucester, the Township of Deptford, the Borough of Runnemede, and the Borough of Bellmawr:
(1) No pedestrians, except in park areas, rest areas, walks and crossings, specifically designated by the Commissioner of Transportation for that purpose, animals led, ridden, or driven except on leash where pedestrians are permitted, or non-motorized vehicles for the northbound direction of traffic:
(A) Between milepost 6.22 in Washington Township, Gloucester County and milepost 14.28 (end of route) in Bellmawr Borough, Camden County.
(2) No pedestrians, except in park areas, rest areas, walks and crossings, specifically designated by the Commissioner of Transportation for that purpose, animals led, ridden, or driven except on leash where pedestrians are permitted, or non-motorized vehicles for the southbound direction of traffic:
(A) Between milepost 6.36 in Washington Township, Gloucester County and milepost 14.28 (end of route) in Bellmawr Borough, Camden County.
