(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 152 described in this subsection shall not be used for the purposes described herein: |

In Atlantic County: |

i. In the City of Somers Point: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over Bass Harbor (approximate milepost 0.17). |
|
ii. In the Township of Egg Harbor: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over Bass Harbor (approximate milepost 0.17). |
(2) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Broad Thoroughfare (approximate mileposts 1.3 to 1.9). |
|
(B) For the entire length of the bridge over Doles Creek (approximate milepost 2.45). |
