(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 35 described in this subsection shall not be used for the purposes described herein: |

In Ocean County: |

i. In the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach: |

No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Manasquan River (approximate milepost 14.61). |

In Monmouth County: |

i. In the Borough of Brielle: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Manasquan River (approximate milepost 14.61). |

ii. In the Borough of Belmar: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Shark River (approximate milepost 21.63). |

iii. In the Township of Neptune: |

No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |

(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Shark River (approximate milepost 21.63). |

In Middlesex County: |
