The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 71 described in this subsection shall not be used for the purposes described herein: |

In Monmouth County: |

i. In the Borough of Belmar: |

No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |

(A) For the entire length of the bridge over Shark River (approximate milepost 5.59). |

ii. In the Borough of Avon-By-The-Sea: |

No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing, or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
