Old Bridge Bus Park and Ride
Certain parts of the NJ Transit facility known as the Old Bridge Park and Ride (JLRS Partnership Lots), located in the Township of Old Bridge in Middlesex County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the transit center is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided within the park and ride.
(b) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “handicapped parking” areas for the use of persons who have been issued special vehicle identification cards by the Motor Vehicle Commission in accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-197.5:
(1) Handicapped Parking:
(A) Within the designated parking areas as indicated on the site plan, during all hours.
(c) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 15 MPH along Heilbrunn Drive for its entire length.
(B) Zone 2: 15 MPH along South Drive for its entire length.
(C) Zone 3: 15 MPH along East Drive for its entire length.
(d) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “tow-away zones”, where any vehicle parked or standing may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owners or operators expense:
(1) Tow-Away Zones:
(A) Any vehicles parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exit ways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard.
(e) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “reserved parking” areas, where parking is permitted as described:
(1) Reserved Parking:
(A) Within the designated parking areas as indicated on the site plan.  All vehicles that are granted specialty parking such as; police vehicles, ambulances, teachers, etc. must be properly identified.
(f) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Along Heilbrunn Drive for its entire length.
(B) Along East Drive for its entire length.
(C) Along South Drive for its entire length.
Certain parts of the NJ Transit facility known as the Old Bridge Park and Ride (NJ Transit Lots between Westminster Boulevard and Downing Street), located in the Township of Old Bridge in Middlesex County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the transit center is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided within the park and ride.
(b) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “handicapped parking” areas for the use of persons who have been issued special vehicle identification cards by the Motor Vehicle Commission in accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-197.5:
(1) Handicapped Parking:
(A) Within the designated parking areas as indicated on the site plan, during all hours.
(c) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated as stop intersections:
(1) Stop signs shall be installed:
(A) At the intersection of Lot B Exit and Bank drive for traffic travelling along the Lot B Exit.
(d) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 15 MPH along all roadways and parking lots within the parking lots.
(e) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “tow-away zones”, where any vehicle parked or standing may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owners or operators expense:
(1) Tow-Away Zones:
(A) Any vehicles parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exit ways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard.
(f) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated for one way traffic:
(1) One-way streets in the northbound direction:
(A) Along the Lot B North Exit between Lot B and Bank Drive.
Certain parts of the NJ Transit facility known as the Old Bridge Park and Ride (Overflow Lot), located in the Township of Old Bridge in Middlesex County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the transit center is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Along all ramps and roadways within the entire complex, except in designated areas and between the painted lines.
(b) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated as stop intersections:
(1) Stop signs shall be installed:
(A) At the intersection of Drive “A” and Main Access Road for traffic traveling along Drive “A”.
(B) At the intersection of Parking Lane #1 and Main Access Road for traffic traveling along Parking Lane #1.
(C) At the intersection of Parking Lane #2 and Main Access Road for traffic traveling along Parking Lane #2.
(D) At the intersection of Parking Lane #3 and Main Access Road for traffic traveling along Parking Lane #3.
(c) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated for one way traffic:
(1) One-way streets in the westbound direction:
(A) Along Main Access Road between the westerly curb line of Parking Lane #3 west to the center of the curve radius of Main Access Road/Drive “B”.
(B) Along Drive “A” between the westerly curb line of Route US 9 and Main Access Road.
(2) One-way streets in the eastbound direction:
(A) Along Drive “B” between the center of the curve radius of Main Access Road/Drive “B” and its terminus at the merge with Route US 9.
(3) One-way streets in the northbound (northeasterly) direction:
(A) Along Parking Lane #1 between Drive “B” and Main Access Road.
(B) Along Parking Lane #2 between Drive “B” and Main Access Road.
(C) Along Parking Lane #3 between Drive “B” and Main Access Road.
(d) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 15 MPH along all roadways and parking lots within the entire complex.
(e) The certain parts of the park and ride described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
(1) Far side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Along Main Access Road beginning at the easterly curb line of Parking Lane #1 and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.
