The following controls the traffic and parking on New Jersey Department of Transportation property Route US 46 Park and Ride Facility. |
| 1. |
In Morris County: |

i. In the Township of Washington: |
| (1) |
No stopping or standing: |
| |
(A) No person shall stop or stand a vehicle except in designated areas and between the painted lines. |
| (2) |
Handicapped parking: |
| |
(A) Locations as indicated on the site plan incorporated herein by reference as an appendix to this section shall be for handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide and signed with R-8 and R-8(p) (reserved parking and penalty plate). |
| (3) |
One-way streets: |
| |
(A) The "U" turn ramp-driveway to the Route US 46 Park and Ride Facility shall be designated as a one-way from Route US 46 eastbound to Route US 46 westbound. |
| |
(B) The bus loop driveway intersecting the "U" turn ramp-driveway of the Route US 46 Park and Ride Facility shall be designated as a one-way in the direction of Route US 46 eastbound to Route US 46 westbound. |
| |
(C) Loop road shall be designated as a one-way street in a
counterclockwise direction beginning at its easterly intersection with the "U" turn ramp driveway and ending at its easterly intersection with the "U" turn ramp driveway. |

Buses only: |

The loop driveway intersecting the "U" turn ramp-driveway shall be used for buses only. |
| (5) |
Stop Intersection: |
| |
(A) The intersection of Loop Road and the "U" turn ramp driveway is a stop intersection with the stop sign(s) on Loop Road. |
| (6) |
Mid-block crosswalk: |
| |
The following described locations are hereby designated as mid-block crosswalks. |
| |
(A) Beginning at a point 88 feet east of the loop driveway - "U" turn ramp-driveway and extending 10 feet easterly therefrom. |
| |
(B) Beginning at a point 140 feet east of the loop driveway - "U" turn ramp-driveway and extending 10 feet easterly therefrom. |
