The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 15 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:

1.

In Morris County:

i. In the Town of Dover, the Township of Rockaway, and the Borough of Wharton:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-078 dated October 15, 1984.

In Sussex County:

i. In the Township of Sparta, the Township of Lafayette, and the Borough of Franklin:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-111 dated October 20, 1989.
