The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 173 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:

In Warren County:

i. In the Township of Greenwich:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-075 dated August 4, 1984.

In Hunterdon County:

i. In the Borough of Bloomsbury, the Township of Bethlehem, the Township of Union, the Township of Clinton, and the Town of Clinton:
