(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 175 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1. In Mercer County:
i. In the Township of Ewing:
(1) No Passing Zones:
(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-059A dated November 8, 2013 (for the entire length within the corporate limits, approximate mileposts 0.26 to 2.95).
