(a)	The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 183 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1.	In Morris County:
	i. In the Borough of Netcong:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) For the entire length of Route NJ 183 within the corporate limits of Netcong Borough (approximate mileposts 0.59 to 0.92).
2.	In Sussex County:
	i. In the Borough of Stanhope:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) For the entire length of Route NJ 183 within the corporate limits of Stanhope Borough (approximate mileposts 0.92 to 1.83).
