The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 28 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:

1.

In Somerset County:

i. In the Township of Bridgewater, the Borough of Raritan, the Borough of  Somerville, and the Borough of Bound Brook:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-092A dated June 2, 2011.

In Middlesex County:

i. In the Borough of Middlesex and the Borough of Dunellen:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-093 dated December 2, 1985.

In Union County:

i. In the Boroughs of Fanwood, the Township of Scotch Plains, the Town of Westfield, the Borough of Garwood, the Township of Cranford, and the City of Elizabeth:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-094 dated December 2, 1985.
