The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 35 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:

1.

In Ocean County:

i. In the Township of Berkeley, the Borough of Mantoloking, the Borough of Bay Head, and the Borough of Point Pleasant:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-081 dated December 18, 1984.

In Monmouth County:

i. In the Township of Wall, the Borough of Neptune City, the Township of Neptune, and the Borough of Red Bank:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-091 dated October 18, 1985.
