No Passing Zones

(a)	The certain parts of State Highway Route US 9 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:
1.	In Cape May County:
	i. In the Township of Lower, the Township of Middle, the Township of Dennis, and the Township of Upper:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-011D dated December 1, 2014.
2.	In Atlantic County:
	i. In the City of Somers Point, the City of Linwood, the City of Northfield, the City of Pleasantville, the City of Absecon, the Township of Galloway, and the City of Port Republic:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-012C dated November 24, 2014.
3.	In Burlington County:
	i. In the Township of Bass River:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-013B dated November 24, 2014.
4.	In Ocean County:
	i. In the Township of Little Egg Harbor, the Borough of Tuckerton, the Township of Eagleswood, the Township of Stafford, the Township of Barnegat, the Township of Ocean, the Township of Lacey, the Township of Berkeley, the Borough of Beachwood, the Borough of Pine Beach, the Borough of South Toms River, the Township of Toms River, and the Township of Lakewood:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-017C dated July 21, 2016.
5.	In Monmouth County:
	i. In the Township of Howell:
(1)	No Passing Zones:
	(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-062B dated November 24, 2014.
