(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 35 described in this subsection are hereby designated for one way traffic:
1. In Ocean County:
i. In the Township of Toms River (formerly Dover Twp.):
(1) One-way streets in the northbound direction:
(A) Between the northbound/southbound roadway split at Dewey Drive and the southernmost Toms River Township – Lavallette Borough corporate line (approximate mileposts 3.50 to 4.35).
(B) Between the northernmost Toms River Township – Lavallette Borough corporate line and the Toms River Township – Brick Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 5.60 to 7.24).
(2) One-way streets in the southbound direction:
(A) Between the northbound/southbound roadway split at Eisenhower Road and the southernmost Toms River Township – Lavallette Borough corporate line (approximate mileposts 3.69 to 4.35).
(B) Between the northernmost Toms River Township – Lavallette Borough corporate line and the Toms River Township – Brick Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 5.60 to 7.24).
ii.  In the Borough of Lavallette:
(1) One-way streets in the northbound direction:
(A) Between the southernmost Toms River Township – Lavallette Borough corporate line and the northernmost Toms River Township – Lavallette Borough corporate line (approximate mileposts 4.35 to 5.60).
(2) One-way streets in the southbound direction:
(A) Between the southernmost Toms River Township – Lavallette Borough corporate line and the northernmost Toms River Township – Lavallette Borough corporate line (approximate mileposts 4.35 to 5.60).
iii.  In the Township of Brick:
(1) One-way streets in the northbound direction:
(A) Between the Toms River Township – Brick Township corporate line and the northbound/southbound roadway split in the vicinity of Curtis Point Drive (approximate mileposts 7.24 to 9.04).
(2) One-way streets in the southbound direction:
(A) Between the Toms River Township – Brick Township corporate line and the northbound/southbound roadway split in the vicinity of Curtis Point Drive (approximate mileposts 7.24 to 9.04).
2. In Monmouth County:
i. In the Borough of Red Bank:
(1) One-way streets in the northbound direction:
(A) Along Route NJ 35 (Maple Street) between Route NJ 35 (Water Street)-White Street and Route NJ 35 (West Front Street) (approximate mileposts 33.78 to 33.92).
(2) One-way streets in the southbound direction:
(A) Along Route NJ 35 (Water Street) between Route NJ 35 (Pearl Street) and Route NJ 35 (Maple Avenue) (approximate mileposts 33.78 to 33.84).
(B) Along Route NJ 35 (Pearl Street) between West Front Street and Route NJ 35 (Water Street)-Wall Street (approximate mileposts 33.84 to 33.92).
(b) The certain driveways along State Highway Route NJ 35 described in this subsection are hereby designated as one way entrances/exits:
1. In Monmouth County:
i. In the Borough of Shrewsbury:
(1) One-way entrance along the southbound direction of traffic:
(A) At the northernmost driveway of the Shrewsbury Office Plaza (approximate milepost 31.25).
(2) One-way exit along the southbound direction of traffic:
(A) At the southernmost driveway of the Shrewsbury Office Plaza (approximate milepost 31.25).
